What it's about
Most mid-sized organisations run IT teams of five or fewer people who are expected to cover the security operations that larger firms hand to a dedicated SOC. Alerts arrive around the clock, tooling multiplies, and the same small team carries it all alongside everything else.
This session is a peer conversation about how that reality is actually being handled, what's working, what isn't, and where automation genuinely helps. It includes a short live demonstration of autonomous alert triage: security signals turned into plain-English verdicts a small team can act on.

No slides marathon, no sales pitch from the stage. The room is small on purpose.
