This notice explains how HunterAI Ltd collects and uses personal data when you visit our website, contact us, apply to our design partner programme, or when we get in touch with your organisation about our services. It also explains your rights and how to exercise them.

This notice covers the personal data we handle as a controller. Where our products process data inside a customer's own environment on their behalf, that processing is governed by our customer agreement and data processing terms, not by this notice.

Business contact data for outreach

What Names, work email addresses, roles and organisation details of people at organisations we believe may benefit from our services, obtained from business contact databases and public professional sources.

Why To introduce our services to relevant organisations by email.

Lawful basis Our legitimate interests in promoting our business to other businesses. You can object at any time, and we will stop.

Technical data

What Limited information such as your IP address, recorded in server logs by our hosting provider.

Why To keep the website secure, available, and working correctly.

Our website does not use cookies or tracking technologies, and we do not run advertising or analytics profiling.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf, under contract and on our instructions. These fall into the following categories:

our form-handling provider, which delivers the messages you submit through our website forms;
our email and productivity provider, which we use to receive and reply to correspondence;
our customer relationship management (CRM) provider, where we record enquiries and contacts;
our outreach tooling providers, which we use to source business contact data and send business email.

We may also disclose personal data where we are required to by law, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Sending data outside the UK

Some of our service providers are located outside the United Kingdom, including in the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or transfers to countries the UK has judged to provide adequate protection. How long we keep it

Enquiry and application data: for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry, and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can pick the conversation back up, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Business contact data used for outreach: until you object or ask us to stop, after which we keep only the minimum needed to make sure we do not contact you again.

We review the data we hold periodically and delete what we no longer need.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
ask us to correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete;
ask us to delete your data;
ask us to restrict or object to how we use it;
object at any time to our use of your data for direct marketing, which we will always honour;
ask us to transfer your data to another provider, where that right applies.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data, please contact us first so we can try to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK's data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk or by calling 0303 123 1113.
