Your data stays yours
Every HunterAI deployment is single-tenant. You get your own dedicated environment. Your data is never held in a shared database with any other customer's, and it's never mixed with anyone else's traffic.
Read-only by design
HunterAI doesn't install agents on your machines and doesn't reach into your systems to make changes. It reads the security signals you already generate (logs, alerts, sign-in records) and tells you what they mean. It can't take action on your network without you.
Where your data is hosted and processed
Your deployment and your stored data are hosted in the UK (London). When our AI reviews your security events to produce a verdict, that processing runs within the EU, under the data adequacy arrangement between the UK and the EU. So your data stays within the UK and the EU, and is never sent beyond that boundary as part of the service.
Encrypted, in transit and at rest
Everything sent to and from your deployment is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS), including the connection your browser makes when you sign in. The underlying storage is encrypted at rest by default, and so are your backups.
Your data is never used to train any AI model
HunterAI uses artificial intelligence to read and explain your security events in plain English. Your data is never used to train that AI, or any other model. It's used only to answer the question in front of it, for you.
Who can see your data
Access to your deployment is restricted to you and the small number of people at HunterAI who support it. There's no general access, and no other customer can see your environment or your data.
